Returns & Refund Policy

We understand sometimes things may not fit and would always want any faulty item to be returned.  In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to the address issued with the RMA. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or visibly used we may reject a refund.  Please do not ever wash your garment prior to return unless the fault is resulting from a post-wash incident.

In the event of an exchange for whatever reason you may have, we will not only require you to pay the return charges, but also a flat fee of $5 within Australia or $35 Internationally to have your replacement garment returned.  We do our best to ensure correct sizing, colour and fit description to enable you to make the right choice online.  These efforts include:

  • Strong daylight studio photography without retouching for our ghost product shots
  • Colour correcting our editorial and lifestyle photography back to true colour wherever needed
  • Verbal descriptions and size charts
  • Links to our Instagram, so you can view various products in action
